Anti-Spatter Coating WBC for Gas Nozzles

The MIG nozzle coating consists of graphite pigments and was developed on water basis free from heavy metals. Harmful steams, as they can occur e.g. with common cleaning sprays or pastes and sprays, do not exist. Therefore possible pores are eliminated eventually after each cleaning of the Gas Nozzles by conventional cleaning methods.

Coated MIG nozzles of SPA are characterised as harmful welding spatters adhere to a substantially smaller extent. Thus the cleaning and the associated wear and tear of the Gas Nozzles are reduced. Thus substantially higher service lives results opposite conventional MIG nozzles. Expensive and partial toxic sprays and pastes are not necessary any longer. SPA MIG nozzles are available for all common torches.
