Since 1996 we have developed and improved coated Gas Nozzles and Current Contact Tips for any MIG Welding Torches. The continued evolution of the coatings led to an increased heat resistance. This again symbolizes a very low attrition and thereby connected with a high service life of the Gas Nozzles and Current Contact Tips.

Moreover short circuits through the current insulating coating are eliminated, which occur everytime the torch is touching the work piece. Thus emerging copper inclusions in the weld are shown on any X-Ray or ultrasonic proofs.

Besides the coating leads to a better resistance of the nozzles against welding spatters, and therefore Anti-Stick-Sprays and Pastes are no longer necessary.
